Web Based Engineer Job Access

Openservice.co.uk is a project primarily piloted by Harmony Business & Technology of Cumbria, the system is designed to interface with their custom made Job Management System for the control of engineers for catering repairs and installations throughout Cumbria and Lancashire.

The web based access system (openservice) allows engineers to remotely access customer information and history, on-going jobs for the day/week etc and more importantly update their jobs remotely from a laptop via mobile GPRS (mobile phone) connection.

The system is still undergoing development and we will keep you posted of updates here on this page.
